The New Hotpot
Unlike any other hotpot, we specialise in beef hotpot. Beef hot pot focuses on the ingredients themselves, freshness is the key! The pot broth is beef bone based where you get to cook your own beef and vegetables. The sauce is simple but memorable, like a combination of shacha (contains nut) and chili sauces.
Though the high quality of beef is a must, slicing techniques are also indispensable. The chef must be a master of cutting beef by hand and never use a machine. We are lucky to have our very own master chef who can cut the beef to absolute perfection!
