COVID-19 Update

Our Centre has been listed as an 'exposure venue', however the affected stores have been deep cleaned as per Queensland Health requirements, and are now open and operating as per usual. The Bakery has chosen to close and are monitoring the situation. We are in close communication with Queensland Health and are currently operating under their guidance. Our retailers are also following the QLD Health requirements and are aware of their responsibilities. We are comforted in knowing our retailers have been proactive and responsible and have swiftly reacted the COVID alert. If you have visited our Centre on the exposure dates and times, please make sure you get yourself tested and follow the advice of QLD Health. Stay Safe. Wear a Mask. We Are Open!

We have been in touch with the QLD Government and our centre HAS NOT been traced back to those infected with COVID-19.
We are still following strict hygiene practices and are operating as normal. All our staff continue to practice strict cleaning, hygiene and Social Distancing procedures so we ask you all do the same, and if you are feeling unwell to call the COVID-19 Helpline on 1800 020 080
We will keep you all updated, but rest-assure we are doing everything in our power to ensure the safety of our tenants and patrons. So please do the responsible thing and stay home if you are unwell.

We are trading as normal

Acacia Marketplace is here for you and open as usual. Our retailers are trading and welcome you to visit them. We appreciate the community concern about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and public spaces, so we have proactively taken steps to ensure our customers’ wellbeing is of the highest priority. We have implemented additional cleaning services of our facilities, regular touch points and high traffic areas. Our retailers are also implementing the same measures in each of their stores, so we can maintain the strictest level of hygiene practices for the benefit of all staff and customers. Our Food Retailers are open for Takeaway, so they all welcome you to pay them a visit. Please remember to frequently wash/sanitise your hands and if you need to cough or sneeze to do so into a flexed elbow. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and be guided by the advice from Queensland Health and Australian health authorities.
